Does JuTouch manufacture LCD panels in-house?

JuTouch does not fabricate the LCD glass panels themselves in-house. Instead, we source TFT LCD panels from top-tier global manufacturers such as AUO, Innolux, HannStar, Tianma, BOE, Mitsubishi, KOE, and Kyocera, all of which are recognized for their outstanding quality and long-term supply reliability. This sourcing strategy is deliberate: glass fabrication requires enormous capital investment in specialized fabs, and partnering with leading panel makers allows us to offer our customers the very best panels available while focusing our own resources on what we do best—full in-house integration and value-added engineering. Once the bare panels arrive at our facility, every panel is subjected to rigorous incoming inspection before entering our production lines, where we perform complete integration services including CTP touch module assembly, tape or optical bonding (OCA/OCR/silicone), backlight installation, FPC and cable assembly, and optical enhancement treatments such as AG/AR/AF coatings. We also conduct comprehensive testing at every stage—electrical, optical, mechanical, and environmental—to ensure each finished display meets or exceeds specification.
