Display Panel and Structure: The module employs an IPS (In-Plane Switching) TFT-LCD panel operating in normally-black transmissive mode, providing excellent color reproduction and a full (all-direction) viewing angle. The active display area measures 46.56(W) × 26.784(H) mm with a pixel pitch of 0.0582 × 0.0558 mm, and the module outline is 51.858 × 34.934 mm with a thickness of approximately 4 mm. The panel is capable of rendering up to 16.7 million colors (8-bit RGB), delivering vivid and accurate imagery for information-dense industrial interfaces.
Driver and Interface: The module is driven through a 40-pin FPC interface (RGB 24-bit + SPI). The pin assignment includes a 24-bit parallel RGB data bus (R0–R7, G0–G7, B0–B7), dot clock (CLKN), horizontal sync (HS), vertical sync (VS), data enable (DEN), a system reset pin, and an SPI configuration interface with chip select (SPI-CS), serial clock (SPI-SCL) and serial data (SPI-SDA) pins. The logic power supply is 3.3 V, and the LCD driver supply voltages are VSP = 6.3 V and VSN = 6.3 V (±0.2 V), with a typical frame frequency of 60 Hz. Electrical and Environmental Performance: The module operates within a temperature range of −20 ℃ to +70 ℃ and can be stored between −30 ℃ and +80 ℃, covering typical industrial operating environments. Absolute maximum ratings specify these same temperature limits under humidity conditions at Ta = 25 ℃. The panel's liquid crystal driving voltage varies with environmental temperature due to the characteristics of the LC material, so proper temperature-aware voltage configuration is recommended for extreme environments.
Reliability and Quality: The JT020WXI30RSR02 has passed a comprehensive reliability test suite including high-temperature storage (80 ℃, 96 hours), low-temperature storage (−30 ℃, 96 hours), high-temperature operation (70 ℃, 96 hours), low-temperature operation (−20 ℃, 96 hours), high-temperature/high-humidity operation (40 ℃ / 85% RH, 96 hours), thermal shock cycling (0 ℃ to +50 ℃, 20 cycles), and vibration testing (10–150 Hz, 100 m/s², 120 minutes). These tests confirm the module's suitability for rugged industrial deployments.
Usage Precautions: The display panel is made of glass and must not be subjected to mechanical shock. The polarizer surface is soft and easily scratched; contamination should be removed with a soft dry cloth moistened with isopropyl or ethyl alcohol only — never water, ketone or aromatic solvents. The logic circuit power must be on before applying input signals, and ESD precautions (grounded handling, grounded tools, proper humidity) are required. For long-term storage, keep the module at 0–40 ℃ with relative humidity ≤ 80%, away from direct sunlight, acids, alkalis and harmful gases.
