The JT137FHI40R5L01 is a 13.7‑inch color active‑matrix TFT‑LCD open cell built with a‑Si TFT technology. It features a FHD resolution of 1920×279 pixels (vertical stripe RGB arrangement) and supports 16.7M colors through 8‑bit color depth. The module employs a 2‑channel LVDS interface with DE‑only mode and operates in the normally black transmissive mode.

Key performance highlights include a very high static contrast ratio of 3000:1, ultra‑wide viewing angles of 178° (both horizontal and vertical, CR≥10), and a typical luminance of 500 cd/m² with CSOT’s backlight unit. The typical response time is 30 ms, and the color gamut reaches 72% NTSC.
