3.4" IPS TFT LCD Capacitive Touch Screen Module

The JT034TM001-V1 (Black) is a 3.4-inch capacitive touch display module with 480×480 (RGB) resolution, an SPI+RGB 18-bit interface, and a GFF+LCD structure with OCA bonding. It uses a 3.4-inch IPS TFT-LCD that is transmissive and normally black with 480×(RGB)×480 resolution, has a surface hardness of ≥6H, and its LCD interface is SPI+RGB 18-bit. The CTP IC is GT911 with TX12×RX12, and the CTP interface is I2C at address 0xBA/0xBB or 0x28/0x29. Its operating temperature is -20 to 70°C, storage temperature is -30 to 80°C, luminance with CTP is 500 cd/m² (typ.), and LED lifetime is 50,000 hours. General tolerance is ±0.25.
