The JT123XGI20R5L01 is a 12.3-inch color active matrix TFT-LCD module utilizing amorphous silicon TFT technology. It features an XGA resolution of 1024(H) × 255(V) pixels with a vertical RGB stripe arrangement, capable of displaying 16.7 million colors through 6-bit + FRC color depth. The module incorporates ADS technology for high display quality, supports both landscape and portrait orientations, and includes an LVDS interface with 1 pixel/clock data transmission. With a typical brightness of 500 nits, wide viewing angles (>85° in all directions), and a rugged design, this display is optimized for commercial digital signage, control system terminals, and industrial display applications. The module is RoHS compliant and features a haze 25% anti-glare surface with 3H hardness protection.
